Carolyn MacPhee joins Harris Voluntary Service (HVS) as Development Manager, based full-time in the Tarbert office. Coming from the private sector with a strong background in personal volunteering and charitable fund-raising and with a M.B.A. from Cardiff, we look forward to her contributions to our varied and strong island team.
